Our Story
TrueLine Co. was founded by Stephen Treadway, a U.S. Army veteran and construction sales professional who built his career around service, accountability and doing things the right way.
During his time in the Army, Stephen learned the importance of discipline, attention to detail and following through on every commitment. After leaving the military, he continued working in customer-focused roles before moving into construction sales. That experience gave him the opportunity to work closely with contractors, project managers, superintendents and property professionals throughout Middle Tennessee.
Along the way, Stephen saw how often parking lot maintenance was overlooked. Faded striping, worn ADA markings, unclear traffic patterns and neglected fire lanes could quickly affect the safety and appearance of an otherwise well-maintained property. He also recognized that customers needed contractors who communicated clearly, showed up when promised and treated every property with care.
That realization helped inspire the creation of TrueLine Co.
TrueLine is also rooted in family. Stephen met his wife, Lauren, in the winter of 2022, not long after she moved to Tennessee from California following college. Their relationship grew alongside Stephen’s career and his vision for building something of his own. They were married in the summer of 2026, and Lauren has been an important source of encouragement and support as TrueLine has developed. Our Story
TrueLine Co. was built to provide dependable parking lot maintenance with a higher standard of service. From restriping and new layouts to ADA markings, fire lanes and sealcoating, every project is approached with precision, honest communication and respect for the customer’s property.
